Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Just Wright Candle Co. We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds unless the product is damaged in transit.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will require proof of the damage, such as photos or a description of the problem. Once we've reviewed, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion. Please note that we may ask you to return the damaged item to us.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of candle scent variety, not all scents will be loved by all. In the event you do not love your new candle, please consider gifting it to a friend or family member!
